I started this painting by mixing and laying in color, then responding to what emerged, and continuing that conversation with each layer. Even when I don't begin with a specific image in mind, my paintings inevitably evolve into landscapes. 😊

This one celebrates the warm light, vibrant greens, and lush abundance of summer.
